Internet. We will provide internet service to you for your noncommercial use. You acknowledge that the internet service is a shared service. We have no duty to you to edit, censor, review or take any responsibility for any information you or your guests may create, place on the internet, or view. You shall not use the internet we provide to engage in any criminal, illegal or unauthorized activity and any such use is a default of this Lease. Any violation of the Digital Millennium Copyright Act ("DMCA") is a breach of this Lease. You shall not attempt to degrade the performance of the internet service or hamper the ability of others to use the internet. You shall not use rogue devices, including wireless routers or modems, or take any measurers to interfere with our internet systems by configuring devices connected to our network so that they can communicate on our network using the internet protocol. Your use of the internet is at your sole risk and we are not responsible for your equipment, programs or software. Although we strive to provide superior internet service and sufficient bandwidth to our residents, we are not responsible for slow internet or other residents taking up significant bandwidth. WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO INTERRUPT YOUR INTERNET SERVICE IN RESPONSE TO A BREACH OF THIS LEASE, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO A FAILURE TO PAY RENT OR A VIOLATION OF THIS PARAGRAPH 6.
Internet. You acknowledge that the Product is subject to the operation and telecommunications infrastructures of the Internet and the operation of your Internet connection services, all of which are beyond Comodo’s control.

Internet. Only the internet gateway provided by the school may be accessed while on campus. Personal internet connective devices such as but not limited to cell phones / cell network adapters are not permitted to be used to access outside internet sources at any time.
Internet. High speed wireless internet is provided as a convience only and is not integral to the agreement. No refund of rents shall be given for outages, content, lack of content, speed, access problems, lack of knowledge of use, or personal preferences with regard to internet service.

Park City Vacation Properties is not responsible for exposure to viruses, hacking, or any other problems associated with internet usage. We strongly suggest using a personal firewall. Wireless is offered as a convenience and Park City Vacation Properties does not guarantee availability or technical support. You may report availability problems by calling 435-245- 1713. Outages will be reported immediately and every effort will be made restore service as soon as possible. In accessing the wireless network you agree that you have read and understand this notice, and that you agree to abide by such notice, and release and hold harmless Park City Vacation Properties for any loss, damage or liability that may arise out of access. KEYS Most properties are equipped with an electronic keyless entry unit and you will receive the password and operation instructions prior to your arrival. If the property has a physical key for access rrangements will be made in advance for transfer of property keys on day of check-in. Lost keys or lockouts are subject to a fee. NON-SMOKING UNIT Smoking is strictly prohibited inside and outside of the unit. Should this policy be violated the guest agrees to pay for complete deodorizing of the unit including carpet and drapery cleaning. The minimum charge is $400 for a violation of this policy and could be higher based on the size of the unit and extent of fumigation required. ENTRY BY OWNER Owner or owner’s agents may enter the premises under the following circumstances: in case of an emergency; to make any necessary or agreed upon repairs, alterations, or improvements; supply necessary or agreed upon services or show the premises to prospective purchasers, renters or contractors. Owner will provide renter with at least 24 hours notice of Owners intent to enter (except in the case of an emergency).
Internet. Distributor shall follow the Company's written -------- instructions with respect to each of the following: (i) use of any information about the Company or the Products available on the Internet; (ii) linking of any site on the Internet to any other site on the Internet established, operated or sponsored by the Company; and (iii) use of any of the Trademarks or Promotional Materials on any site on the Internet. Distributor acknowledges that it shall cease the activities described in (i), (ii) and/or (iii) above, if so instructed by the Company. In no event shall Distributor establish, operate, sponsor or contribute content to any site on the Internet that incorporates the word "verichip" as its URL address or any part of such address.
Internet. If you rely upon internet & wifi service, please keep in mind to provide for your own hotspot/wifi connection. We rely solely upon local service providers so the timing of servicing for an outage/equipment failure is at their discretional though they attempt to be as prompt as possible. MAINTENANCE Please report any maintenance needs for the premises to Vail Vacation Properties, LLC. and we will respond as quickly as possible. Internet. The Manager agrees and confirms, in connection with the services provided by the Trustee to the Trust, that the Trustee may forward reports and information to the Manager and/or to the Manager’s authorized agents, and may receive and act upon communications and instructions (including, without limitation, directions) received from the Manager and/or the Manager’s authorized agents through the use of such form of electronic means of communications (including the internet which is not a secure means of communication) as may be agreed to from time to time in writing. Without limiting the terms of this Trust Agreement, the Manager agrees and acknowledges that the Trustee shall bear no responsibility or liability whatsoever for any errors and omissions, or direct, indirect or consequential losses or damages that are attributable to the use of the internet for the purposes set out herein and resulting or arising from viruses or worms, or the interception, tampering or breach of confidentiality of data or information transmitted which is not encrypted and authenticated in accordance with the Trustee’s encryption standards.
