Common use of International Transactions Clause in Contracts

International Transactions. When Xxxxx has identified an offset obligation directly related to the performance of this Subcontract in its solicitation or in relation to any properly enacted modification, and Seller's performance of this Subcontract generates offset credits which Buyer could use to satisfy the identified offset obligation, Buyer shall have the right to such Seller offset credits. The Buyer shall have no rights to any other offset credits which may be generated by the Seller in connection with this Subcontract. The Seller agrees to provide all reasonably necessary information in such form as may be required to enable Buyer to obtain the aforementioned offset credits.

When Xxxxx BUYER has identified an offset obligation directly related to the performance of this Subcontract Agreement in its solicitation or in relation to any properly enacted modification, and SellerSELLER's performance of this Subcontract Agreement generates offset credits which Buyer BUYER could use to satisfy the that identified offset obligation, Buyer then BUYER shall have the right to such Seller SELLER offset credits. The Buyer BUYER shall have no rights to any other offset credits which that may be generated by the Seller SELLER in connection with this SubcontractAgreement. The Seller SELLER agrees to provide all reasonably necessary information in such form as may be required to enable Buyer BUYER to obtain the aforementioned offset credits.
