Common use of International Shopping Clause in Contracts

International Shopping. Goods estimated to cost DEM 1,500,000 equivalent or less per contract and DEM 30,000,000 equivalent or less in the aggregate, may be procured under contracts awarded on the basis of international shopping procedures in accordance with the provisions of paragraphs 3.5 and 3.6 of the Guidelines.

International Shopping. Goods estimated to cost DEM 1,500,000 DEM1,500,000 equivalent or less per contract con- tract and DEM 30,000,000 DEM8,000,000 equivalent or less in the aggregate, may be procured under contracts awarded on the basis of international shopping procedures in accordance with the provisions of paragraphs 3.5 and 3.6 of the Guidelines.

International Shopping. Goods estimated to cost up to DEM 1,500,000 250,000 equivalent or less per contract and contract, up to an aggregate amount not to exceed DEM 30,000,000 equivalent or less in the aggregate400,000 equivalent, may be procured under contracts awarded on the basis of international shopping procedures in accordance with the provisions of paragraphs 3.5 and 3.6 of the Guidelines.

International Shopping. Goods estimated to cost DEM less than $100,000 equivalent per contract, up to an aggregate amount not to exceed $1,500,000 equivalent, may be procured under Goods estimated to cost less than $100,000 equivalent or less per contract and DEM 30,000,000 equivalent or less in the aggregatecontract, up to an aggregate amount not to exceed $1,500,000 equivalent, may be procured under contracts awarded on the basis of international shopping procedures in accordance with the provisions of paragraphs 3.5 and 3.6 of the Guidelines.. Goods estimated to cost DEM 1,500,000 $250,000 equivalent or less per contract and DEM 30,000,000 $1,330,000 equivalent or less in the aggregate, may be procured under contracts awarded on the basis of international shopping procedures pro- cedures in accordance with the provisions of paragraphs 3.5 and 3.6 of the Guidelines.
