Common use of International Shopping Clause in Contracts

International Shopping. Goods procured under Part A of the Project estimated to cost less than $1,000,000 equivalent per contract, may be procured under contracts awarded on the basis of international shopping procedures in accordance with the provisions of paragraphs 3.5 and 3.6 of the Guidelines.

International Shopping. Goods procured under Goods: (a) for Part A of the Project, estimated to cost less than $300,000 equivalent per contract, up to an aggregate amount not to exceed $700,000 equivalent; and (b) for Part B of the Project estimated to cost less than $1,000,000 300,000 equivalent per contract, up to an aggregate amount not to exceed $750,000 equivalent, may be procured under contracts awarded on the basis of international shopping procedures in accordance with the provisions of paragraphs 3.5 and 3.6 of the Guidelines.

International Shopping. Goods procured under (other than design and manufacturing technology for Part A of the Project Project) estimated to cost less than $1,000,000 2,000,000 but more than $250,000 equivalent per contract, up to an aggregate amount not to exceed $2,690,000 equivalent, may be procured under contracts awarded on the basis of international shopping procedures in accordance with the provisions of paragraphs 3.5 and 3.6 of the Guidelines.

International Shopping. Goods procured under Part A Parts A, B and E of the Project estimated to cost less than $1,000,000 100,000 equivalent per contract, up to an aggregate amount not to exceed $200,000 equivalent, and goods under Parts C and D of the Project estimated to cost less than $100,000 equivalent per contract may be procured under contracts awarded on the basis of international shopping procedures in accordance with the provisions of paragraphs 3.5 and 3.6 of the Guidelines.

International Shopping. Goods procured under Part A D of the Project estimated to cost less than $1,000,000 equivalent per contract, up to an aggregate amount not to exceed $3,700,000 equivalent, may be procured under contracts awarded on the basis of international shopping procedures in accordance with the provisions of paragraphs 3.5 and 3.6 of the Guidelines.. Part D: Review by the Association of Procurement Decisions

International Shopping. Goods procured under Part A Parts B, C, D and E of the Project estimated to cost less than $1,000,000 equivalent per contract, up to an aggregate amount not to exceed $2,000,000 equivalent, may be procured under contracts awarded on the basis of international shopping procedures in accordance with the provisions of paragraphs 3.5 and 3.6 of the Guidelines.

International Shopping. Goods procured under Part A of the Project estimated to cost $2,000,000 equivalent or less than per contract and $1,000,000 12,000,000 equivalent per contractor less in the aggregate, and vehicles, computers and office equipment under Part C of the Project estimated to cost $150,000 equivalent or less in the aggregate, may be procured under contracts awarded on the basis of international shopping procedures in accordance with the provisions of paragraphs 3.5 and 3.6 of the Guidelines.

International Shopping. Goods procured under Part A of the Project estimated to cost less than $1,000,000 50,000 equivalent per contract, and laboratory equipment required under Part A of the Project, up to an aggregate amount of $350,000, may be procured under contracts awarded on the basis of international shopping procedures in accordance with the provisions of paragraphs 3.5 and 3.6 of the Guidelines.

International Shopping. Goods procured (a) Except as provided in paragraphs 3(a) and 4 hereof, goods under Part A A.2 of the Project Project, estimated to cost $300,000 equivalent or less than per contract and $1,000,000 400,000 equivalent per contractor less in the aggregate, may be procured under contracts awarded on the basis of international shopping procedures in accordance with the provisions of paragraphs 3.5 and 3.6 of the Guidelines.

International Shopping. Goods procured under Part A of the Project estimated to cost less than $1,000,000 250,000 equivalent per contract, up to an aggregate amount not to exceed $2,500,000 equivalent for each of Parts A and B of the Project, may be procured under contracts awarded on the basis of international shopping procedures in accordance with the provisions of paragraphs 3.5 and 3.6 of the Guidelines.. Part D: Review by the Bank of Procurement Decisions

International Shopping. Goods procured under under: (i) Part A of the Project Project, estimated to cost less than $1,000,000 500,000 equivalent per contract, and (ii) Part B of the Project, estimated to cost less than $200,000 equivalent per contract, up to an aggregate amount not to exceed $250,000 equivalent, may be procured under contracts awarded on the basis of international shopping procedures in accordance with the provisions of paragraphs 3.5 and 3.6 of the Guidelines.
