International Organizations. Any international organization or wholly owned agency or instrumentality thereof. This category includes any intergovernmental organization (including a supranational organization) (1) that is comprised primarily of non-U.S. governments; (2) that has in effect a headquarters agreement with Finland; and (3) the income of which does not inure to the benefit of private persons.
International Organizations. The following have been determined to be eligible to use GSA sources of supply and services, in addition to the organizations listed in appendixes A and B. This list is not all-inclusive; other activities may also be eligible to use GSA sources. Also, as stated in par. 7e.(3), certain entities may be eligible to use only specific GSA sources and/or services. International Organizations. 1. A Canadian office of an international organization as defined under paragraph (1) of Section 2 of the Foreign Missions and International Organizations Act.
International Organizations. The office in Norway of any organization to which the Immunity and Privileges for In- ternational Organization Act of June 19, 1947 nr. 5 apply.
International Organizations. A public international organization (or an Italian presence of a public international organization) entitled to enjoy privileges, exemptions, and immunities as an international organization under an international treaty or agreement entered into by Italy, and any wholly owned agency or instrumentality thereof.
International Organizations. ➢ A representative from the APECS Executive Committee and the APECS Executive Director are required to be part of all formal discussions where APECS Spain is the point of contact with international organizations. ➢ Formal discussions are defined as planning activities with a specific desired outcome including, but not limited to, a signed agreement, joint project, or co-organized activity. ➢ APECS must be consulted and added as a third co-signatory to any formal agreements with international organizations. ➢ APECS Spain will inform APECS of any discussions between APECS Spain and international partners. ➢ APECS shall include APECS Spain in formal discussions with Spain-based and international organizations planning activities in Spain if the discussions are relevant to APECS Spain and its activities.

The Parties shall consult each other, at the request of either Party, on matters that concern them in relation to international organizations – the Universal Postal Union, the International Telecommunication Union and the World Trade Organization – and shall cooperate to achieve the objectives pursued by those organizations.
