Additional International Olympic Committee, International Red Cross and Red Crescent Movement names (including their IDN variants) may be added to the list upon ten (10) calendar days notice from ICANN to Registry Operator. Such names may not be activated in the DNS, and may not be released for registration to any person or entity other than Registry Operator. Upon conclusion of Registry Operator’s designation as operator of the registry for the TLD, all such names withheld from registration or allocated to Registry Operator shall be transferred as specified by ICANN. Registry Operator may self-‐allocate and renew such names without use of an ICANN accredited registrar, which will not be considered Transactions for purposes of Section 6.1 of the Agreement.
Mobile Services Your use of the Send Money Service may include access to some products and services through a mobile device ("Mobile Services"). By using the Mobile Services, you agree to the following terms. You agree that we may send you information relative to Mobile Services through your communication service provider and that your communication service provider is acting as your agent in this capacity. You agree to provide a valid phone number, e-mail address, or other delivery location so that we may send you information related to the Mobile Services. Additionally, you agree to indemnify, defend, and hold us harmless from and against any and all claims, losses, liability, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your provision of a phone number, e-mail address, or other delivery location that is not your own or your violation of applicable federal, state, or local law, regulation, or ordinance.
