International Conventions. 1. Without prejudice of the rights and obligations contained in this Chapter, the Parties reaffirm their existing rights and obligations, including the right to apply the exceptions and to make use of the flexibilities, under the TRIPS Agreement, and any other multilateral agreement related to intellectual property and agreements administered under the auspices of the World Intellectual Property Organization (hereinafter referred to as “WIPO”) to which they are party, in particular the following:
