Internal Transfer Service. Transfers between your Accounts with us are subject to the terms of your Account Agreements. You may instruct our electronic system to make transfers between your Accounts at any time on any day. We may refuse any transfer or payment instructions without cause or prior notice.
Internal Transfer Service. Transfers between your deposit accounts with us are subject to the terms of your deposit agreement. Loan payments for loans at the Bank are subject to the terms of your loan agreements. You may instruct the System to make transfers between designated accounts at any time on any day, but they must be made by the Internal Transfer Cut-Off set forth in Section 24 on a business day in order to be included in the current end of day processing. Transfer funds among Customer’s Online Accounts: You can transfer funds between any checking and savings account that you have successfully enrolled in Online Banking Services. All transfers submitted, after the Internal Transfer Cut-Off set forth in Section 24, are effective the following business day. The maximum amount you can transfer is equal to the available balance in the designated account. If the account does not have sufficient funds to complete a transfer on the date(s) you have told the Bank to transfer funds from the designated account, the transfer may not be completed. However, if the Bank does make the transfer as an accommodation to you, you will be responsible for any overdraft that is created. NOTE: Because regulations require the Bank to limit pre- authorized transfers from certain savings accounts, including Money Market accounts, the following limitations apply: If the designated account is a savings or money market account, federal law requires that an account holder may make up to six transfers or withdrawals by means of a preauthorized, automatic, or telephonic transfer to another account of yours or to a third party or by check, debit card, or similar order to a third party during any calendar month (or statement cycle of at least four weeks). You may make unlimited transactions in person at a teller window, by messenger, by mail, or at an ATM. If you exceed the transaction limits on an account, it may be closed and/or converted to a checking account by federal regulation. A “preauthorized transfer” includes any arrangement to pay a third party from the designated account upon written or oral instruction (including an order received through an automated clearing house (ACH)) or any arrangement to pay a third party from the designated account at a predetermined time or on a fixed schedule.
Internal Transfer Service. An “Internal Transfer,” meaning a transfer between your eligible Accounts, may be processed as follows:
Internal Transfer Service. Internal Transfers may be performed using the transfer service feature of Online Banking. When internal transfers are made between accounts/loans bearing the same Tax ID number, the transfers are effective immediately.
Internal Transfer Service. The Internal Transfer Service provides the Client with the ability to initiate a transfer of funds between accounts held at the Bank. We only process transactions and update information on Business Days (as defined below in Section II.B. “Business Days”). Transfers between Bank accounts made after 5:30 p.m. Mountain Time will be processed on the next Business Day. Transfer restrictions on certain accounts as established by federal law apply. The details regarding these restrictions are included in the account disclosures provided at the time the account was opened.
Internal Transfer Service. You authorize us to follow the Internal Transfer instructions that we receive through the NYCB Online Internal Transfer service (sending any other electronic communication to the Bank does not constitute an Internal Transfer instruction). You authorize us to debit your designated "From Account" for all transfers of funds that you initiate through the Internal Transfer service and you agree to have sufficient funds or available credit in your "From Account" on the transfer date for each such transfer you schedule. You may conduct Internal Transfers on payments for loans held at the Bank. Internal Transfers are made available on the same day of such Internal Transfer request, but may be posted to your Account on the next Business Day. If you believe an Internal Transfer was unauthorized, you must notify us promptly in accordance with the procedures outlined in Section H, 1.5(a) below. We will respond as explained therein. The amount of any one Internal Transfer must be at least $.01 and cannot exceed $999,999.99. Amounts exceeding $25,000.00 may require further authentication by the Bank. The daily amount for all Internal Transfers cannot exceed $3,000,000 per calendar day.

  • Internal Transfers Transfers from one customer identification number to a different customer identification number will be One Dollar and Fifty Cents ($1.50) per account transferred.

  • External Transfers Bank will not be obligated to make any transfer you may request unless there are sufficient available funds in your Transfer From account to cover the transfer on the Transfer On date. If there are insufficient available funds to cover a transfer, Bank will not retry the transaction and the transfer will be immediately rejected. As well, you are responsible for providing Bank accurate and complete information and for verifying that all money has been properly transferred to the appropriate accounts. The Cutoff Time for the External Transfer Service is 6pm CST on any Business Day. All Cutoff Times referenced in this Agreement reflect the times displayed on Bank’s internal system clocks and may not necessarily be synchronized with the internal clock displayed on your computer. For this reason, Xxxx suggests that you transmit any instructions to Bank sufficiently in advance of such Cutoff Times to eliminate the possibility of missing the Cutoff Time. All outgoing transfers are assumed to be Next Day. Money being transferred is taken out of the Bank Transfer From account on the Business Day that the transfer is requested, assuming all funds are available. Transfers between deposit accounts held by Bank and an External Account that Bank receives by the Cutoff Time on any Business Day will begin processing on the same day. Transfers to an External Account will be deducted from your Transfer From account held by Bank on the Transfer On date and will usually be reflected in your External Account on the next Business Day. However, the receiving bank’s processing policies and guidelines still apply and may not allow for same day availability. Transfers from External Accounts are subject to the processing times of the financial institution holding your External Account. Instructions for transfers from External Accounts that Bank receives by the Cutoff Time on any Business Day will be sent to the holder of your External Account on the same day for processing. Transfer instructions relating to External Accounts and the transmission and issuance of data related to such instructions shall be received pursuant to the terms of this Agreement and the rules of the National Automated Clearing House Association ("NACHA") and the applicable automated clearing house ("Regional ACH") (collectively, the "Rules") and you and Bank agree to be bound by such Rules as in effect from time to time. In accordance with such Rules, any credit to your deposit account held by Bank or your External Account shall be provisional until such credit has been finally settled by Bank or the third party institution which holds your External Account, as the case may be. You acknowledge that you have received notice of this requirement and of the fact that if Bank does not receive final settlement for a transfer for any reason, Bank shall charge back the amount of such transfer to the Transfer To or Transfer From account (as applicable) or any other of your accounts or claim a refund from you.

  • Medical Transfers The District shall give alternate work, when it is available, to a Unit Member who has become medically unable to satisfactorily perform the Unit Member’s regular job classification duties. The alternate work may constitute lateral transfer or voluntary transfer to a lower classification. The District may require a statement from a licensed physician certifying that the Unit Member is medically able to perform the duties of the alternate work.

  • Collocation Transfer of Responsibility Without Working Circuits The Collocation is not serving any End User Customers and does not have active service terminations (e.g., Interconnection trunks or UNE Loops) or 2) Collocation Transfer of Responsibility With Working Circuits – The Collocation has active service terminations, such as Interconnection trunks or is serving End User Customers.

  • Internal Control Effective control and accountability must be maintained for all cash, real and personal property, and other assets. Grantee must adequately safeguard all such property and must provide assurance that it is used solely for authorized purposes. Grantee must also have systems in place that provide reasonable assurance that the information is accurate, allowable, and compliant with the terms and conditions of this Agreement. 2 CFR 200.303.

  • HABILITATIVE SERVICES (HABILITATIVE mean healthcare services that help a person keep, learn, or improve skills and functioning for daily living. Examples include therapy for a child who is not walking or talking at the expected age. These services may include physical and occupational therapy, speech therapy and other services performed in a variety of inpatient and/or outpatient settings for people with disabilities. HOSPITAL means a facility: • that provides medical and surgical care for patients who have acute illnesses or injuries; and • is either listed as a hospital by the American Hospital Association (AHA) or accredited by the Joint Commission on Accreditation of Healthcare Organizations (JCAHO).

  • Collocation Transfer of Responsibility Collocation Transfer of Responsibility is the transfer of a Collocation site from vacating CLEC (current CLEC leasing the space in the Premises) to an assuming CLEC. Collocation Transfer of Responsibility is available for Caged Physical Collocation, Cageless Physical Collocation, and Virtual Collocation. All other types of Collocation to be transferred will be handled on an Individual Case Basis (ICB). There are two (2) types of Collocation Transfer of Responsibility: 1)
