Internal Approvals. The parties agree that the terms of this Agreement shall not be binding on the Seller until LB I Group receives all necessary and proper approvals of LB I Group and its affiliates. Prior to 6:00 p.m. New York City time on October 29, 1997, LB I Group shall give notice to Related whether such approval has been obtained; failure to give such notice shall be considered a waiver of this provision and this Agreement shall be binding on Seller as though this Section 8.7 was not included herein. If such notice is timely given and indicates that approval has not been obtained, this Agreement shall terminate in its entirety and Section 7.2 shall govern. * * * * *
Internal Approvals. The Recipient shall obtain all necessary approvals related to the receipt of the sponsorship.

Internal Approvals. 8.1. The Partners are responsible for ensuring that appropriate schemes of delegation are in place within their organisations to ensure that approvals are provided in line with appropriate and delegated expenditure limits.

Following the Delivery Date, the Loan Participants may, if required by applicable law to perfect the security interest granted in any Assigned Warranties, cause a huissier to serve a copy of a notice delivered on the Delivery Date to the Aircraft Manufacturer in accordance with Article 1690 of the French Civil Code.
