InterMTA Traffic Compensation. Parties agree that traffic rated and recorded as Telecommunications Traffic, may originate and terminate in different MTAs and would be subject to Switched Access Compensation. Switched Access Compensation is applicable to the traffic delivered by USCC to MATC that originates and terminates in different MTAs, to the extent that such traffic is not handed off to an IXC. USCC shall compensate MATC at ILEC’s applicable Switched Access rates for all such traffic.

The Parties recognize the difficulty of measuring such traffic and hereby agree to use the Default Factors set forth in Appendix A. ACC agrees to pay CCCI for all mobile-originated interMTA Traffic.

InterMTA Traffic Compensation. 5.1 For the purpose of compensation between Pacific and Carrier under this Agreement, InterMTA Traffic is subject to Pacific’s Switched Access tariffs.

  • Intercarrier Compensation Except as specifically described in this Section, the Agreement does not change or amend applicable intercarrier compensation arrangements (including but not limited to Switched Access, Signaling, or Transit charges) between any parties, including between Qwest and Carriers or IXCs.

  • Show-Up Compensation An employee who is scheduled for work and reports for work, except for situations addressed in Article 123--Inclement or Hazardous Conditions, and is released from work shall be paid the equivalent of two

  • Overload Compensation ‌ An instructional faculty member may be given overload compensation for additional instructional responsibilities beyond the normal work day or work year.
