Interior. The use of contact paper, masking tape or other self- adhesive type tapes, decals or any adhesive substances or adhesive backed materials is prohibited on any surface of the apartment. Paint- ing or staining of any surface of the apartment without prior written consent of Landlord is prohibited. No spikes, hooks, nails or glued on hangers shall be applied to the walls or woodwork of the premises. Approved "S-type" metal hangers using brads as nails are required to hang pictures. Any repair or re- painting expense shall be Tenant's responsibility. No sign, advertisement, notice or other lettering shall be exhibited or affixed by any Tenant outside or inside the premises.
