Interior Work. Landlord shall demolish and remove all non-essential interior partition walls and ductwork chases and provide a broom clean space. Landlord shall relocate and secure stairways as required.
Interior Work. Tenant shall provide all necessary work according to the Plans and all local and state code requirements. The allowance does not apply to decorative finishes, including murals, glazed paint, gold leaf, or ornamental plaster. 2. Interior cleaning of surfaces using a weak solution of household bleach and water, mold remediation, or mold removal. The allowance applies to interior finishes, including plaster and wallboard, provided the cleaning is restricted to damaged areas and does not affect adjacent materials. 3. Non-destructive or concealed testing for hazardous materials (e.g., lead paint, asbestos) or for assessment of hidden damages. B.
Interior Work. Tenant's Work shall include, but shall not be limited to, the purchase and/or installation and/or performance of the following:
Interior Work. A. Landlord, at its expense, shall use its best efforts to substantially complete the Interior Work so it does not delay Tenant's completion of the Tenant's Work (as hereinafter defined), but in any event, no later than four (4) months following the Existing Additional Space Lease Commencement Date (as hereinafter defined). In addition, Landlord represents that all electrical, mechanical, plumbing and other building systems serving the Additional Space will be in working order on the Additional Space Rent Commencement Date (as hereinafter defined).

Interior modifications found to have no potential adverse effects to the historic properties include undertakings to interior spaces where the work will not be visible from the public right of way; no structural alterations are made; no demolition of walls, ceilings or floors occurs; no drop ceilings are added; or no walls are leveled with furring or moved. Interior cleaning of surfaces using a weak solution of household bleach and water, mold remediation, or mold removal. The allowance applies to interior finishes, including plaster and wallboard, provided the cleaning is restricted to damaged areas and does not affect adjacent materials. 5. Use of portable de-humidification systems provided no changes are made to character-defining features (specifically for mold remediation). 6. Non-destructive or concealed testing for hazardous materials (e.g., lead paint, asbestos) or for assessment of hidden damages. B.
