Interior. The insurance covers personal property normally contained in the vehicle and belonging to the owner of the vehicle or a member of his or her household. The insurance covers loss of, and damage to, the property if the damage occurs in connection with: - a compensable fire, theft, or vehicle damage - a sudden and unforeseen external event - theft by the renter - damage in connection with a traffic accident. The insurance does not apply to: - theft-prone property - cash and valuables - property belonging to the renter. Special requirements - Personal movables must be kept locked in the vehicle. If the requirements are not met, the compensation may be reduced, or the deductible increased. See section
Interior. Halo Grounding All cable ladder, racks, lights, equipment and exterior ground are to be bonded to an interior halo grounding system. The following items are required for halo grounding: o #2 Green Insulated Stranded Copper Halo o One (1) Master Ground Bar 1/4" X 4" X 24" o Four (4) #2 Tinned Solid Copper Drops with 10' Pigtails o Eight (8) #2 Green Insulated Stranded Copper Equipment Ground Drops
Interior. Except as otherwise provided in this Section 14, Tenant shall have the right, at its sole cost and expense, to maintain within the interior of the Premises all signs and advertising matter customary or appropriate in the conduct of Tenant’s business; provided, however, that Tenant shall, upon demand of Landlord, immediately remove any sign, advertisement, decoration, lettering or notice which Tenant has placed or permitted to be placed in, upon, or about the Premises which is visible from the exterior of the Premises, and which Landlord deems objectionable or offensive in Landlord’s sole discretion. If Tenant fails or refuses to do so, Landlord may enter upon the Premises and remove same at Tenant’s sole cost and expense. Tenant shall maintain such signs in a neat, clear and orderly condition.
Interior. 7.19. To keep the interior of the Room in good, clean and tidy condition, subject to the University providing and maintaining a vacuum cleaner, and other appropriate implements for this purpose.

All interior building maintenance including but not limited to mechanical and electrical systems, including gas, electrical, water, plumbing, elevators, voice and data communication systems infrastructure, heating, ventilating, air-conditioning (HVAC) systems, pest control, and all interior lighting systems, including the replacement of all fixtures and bulbs.

All signs and decals shall be in the English language, clean and legible. All emergency equipment having a calendar life shall have a minimum of one year or one hundred per cent of its total approved life whichever is less, remaining.
Interior. 4.1. The Aircraft shall be in the same configuration (including, but not limited to, interior seating configuration, galleys and lavatories) at Lessor’s option, (i) as when such Aircraft was originally delivered to Lessee hereunder, (ii) as subsequently provided or paid for by Lessor, or (iii) as otherwise set forth in this Lease or as otherwise agreed between the parties.
Interior. The use of contact paper, masking tape or other self- adhesive type tapes, decals or any adhesive substances or adhesive backed materials is prohibited on any surface of the apartment. Paint- ing or staining of any surface of the apartment without prior written consent of Landlord is prohibited. No spikes, hooks, nails or glued on hangers shall be applied to the walls or woodwork of the premises. Approved "S-type" metal hangers using brads as nails are required to hang pictures. Any repair or re- painting expense shall be Tenant's responsibility. No sign, advertisement, notice or other lettering shall be exhibited or affixed by any Tenant outside or inside the premises.
