Common use of Interim Contracts Clause in Contracts

Interim Contracts. Check this option for an Interim Contract to prevent a lapse of Contract performance whenever an existing Contract is being re-procured but the new procurement has not been completed, to bridge the gap during implementation between an expiring and a new procurement, or to contract with an interim Contractor when a current Contractor is unable to complete full performance under a Contract.
