Interfaces. (a) The Supplier must provide to XL, without charge, full details of all interfaces in the Specifications and changes to the Software for use by XL and its Third Party suppliers, sub-contractors and distributors (including any necessary licences to copy or use such interfaces) for the purpose of enabling XL’s or XL’s Third Party suppliers’, sub-contractors’ and distributors’ equipment, hardware, firmware or software to interface with the System.
