Common use of Interfaces Clause in Contracts

Interfaces. Interfaces to other third party vendor systems may be available, as indicated in the documentation associated with the Subscription Services. To the extent such third party vendor system interfaces are available, Supplier shall install or make available the interfaces as agreed between the parties on the Order Form(s). Customer shall act as a liaison between Supplier and any third party vendor(s) with which the Subscription Services shall interface. Customer shall have its third party vendor available at the time that Supplier is scheduled to connect the interface and in order to assist with such connection, as required by Supplier. Transactions processed by a third party vendor system may be subject to separate licensing requirements. Customer acknowledges and agrees that it has the sole obligation to obtain, or cause its third party vendor to obtain, any and all such licenses.
