Interface Management. Interface Management is responsible for identifying, implementing, and maintaining the internal and external interfaces necessary for system operation. Interface Management ensures a common interface definition and efficient use and compliance among the system elements as well as with other systems. GCSS-MC/LCM Increment 1 exchanges information via more than 30 interfaces across 20+ external parties in all GCSS-MC environments. The current list of interfaces can be found in SDE Technical Data Package. This frequently involves extensive global coordination. The Contractor shall execute full lifecycle management (implement, support, maintain, modify, enhance, and decommission) for GCSS-MC/LCM Increment 1 interfaces. The Contractor shall define, control, and communicate the information needed to enable unrelated objects (i.e., systems, services, equipment, software, and data) to interoperate cohesively. The Contractor shall support the control measures (Configuration Management) to ensure that all internal and external interface requirement changes are properly documented. The Contractor shall define, design, and manage the physical and logical interfaces, both internal (communications between system elements) and external (communications between the system and other systems), to ensure the interfaces perform correctly. The Contractor shall support the definition, implementation, and testing of internal and external interfaces, including any associated dependencies, to ensure that systems operate as designed and meet stakeholder requirements throughout the life cycle. The Contractor shall work closely and cooperatively with internal and external organizations and agencies to manage agreements between GCSS-MC/LCM Increment 1 and other systems owners. The Contractor shall follow established processes and procedures, as documented in Interface Control Documents (ICDs) that capture the technical agreement between the GCSS-MC PMO and the partner system owner, including interface design, data integrity, network, and infrastructure. The Contractor shall organize and lead the monthly GCSS-MC Systems Integration IPT (SI IPT) and provide status and system integration information, as requested, to support PMO briefs. At the SI IPT, the Contractor shall identify, communicate, discuss, plan, and execute approaches toward avoiding or resolving issues related to interfaces between GCSS-MC/LCM and external systems. Interface Management. Contractor is responsible for managing all interfaces related to the Work and shall take a proactive approach in seeking necessary information from Company and relevant interfacing parties (other project contractors and project external parties). Company is responsible for the overall coordination of project interfaces across Company’s contractors. Contractor shall actively co-operate with Company and other contractors to share interface information, to achieve the required maturation of interfaces and compatibility of all systems, installations and operations of the Contract Object. Contractor shall actively follow up own and its Subcontractors’ engineering to ensure that the required interface information is delivered to the relevant interfacing parties in accordance with the interface schedule and milestone dates defined in Appendix C and its attachments. Company’s requirements to interface management as described in this Appendix D, the Project Execution Plan [5] and Interface Management System and Procedures [2] shall be followed for all interfaces across other project contractors and towards project external parties). Changes to the content in the Project Interface Register [2] and the schedule and milestone dates specified in Appendix C are governed by Company in accordance with contractual change management procedures. Interface Management. The Contractor shall be responsible for coordinating his own design, technical, programming and construction activities and for coordinating these with the design, technical, programming and construction activities of other Project Contractors, Utility Agencies, Statutory Authorities, Public Service Providers, Developers, Consultants and other Contractors whether or not specifically mentioned in the Contract, that may be working on or adjacent to the site in accordance with the procedures detailed in Appendix 16 of this Employer’s Requirements. This coordination is essential in order to minimise abortive works, and to ensure that the project progress in accordance with schedule and to achieve fully coordinated construction of the facilities. Furthermore, the contractor should be aware that, due to the needs of interfacing works, revisions to his designs may be necessary during detailed design and construction stages. It is the Contractor’s responsibility to liaise, coordinate and manage with their Subcontractors. However, the Engineer will oversee, monitor and provide direction with respect to Contractor’s interface with the MEP Sub contractor. Interface with Traffic Management Control System (TMCS) Contractor shall be duly carried out. The Engineer shall oversee, monitor, provide direction and clarification where required, attends Interface meetings, in conjunction with the Contractor and other Interfacing Parties. The Contractor shall note that the Employer may engage other Contractors, Consultants, etc. from time to time with whom the Contractor shall have to similarly co-ordinate. Such co-ordination responsibilities of the Contractor shall include, but not be limited to, the following;

Interface Management. Taking into the consideration that the works will be carried out in buildings separated from the operated nuclear installations it is not necessary to manage the interface in a special way. Arrangements will be made directly with Plant Operational management.   • Relationship Management LAUSD expects Contractors and their Representatives to ensure that their business dealings with and/or on behalf of LAUSD are conducted in a manner that is above reproach.

  • Collaboration Management Promptly after the Effective Date, each Party will appoint a person who will oversee day-to-day contact between the Parties for all matters related to the management of the Collaboration Activities in between meetings of the JSC and will have such other responsibilities as the Parties may agree in writing after the Effective Date. One person will be designated by Merck (the “Merck Program Director”) and one person will be designated by Moderna (the “Moderna Program Director,”) together will be the “Program Directors”. Each Party may replace its Program Director at any time by notice in writing to the other Party. Any Program Director may designate a substitute to temporarily perform the functions of that Program Director by written notice to the other Party.
