Common use of Interests of the Trustee Clause in Contracts

Interests of the Trustee. The Trustee and any firm, corporation, trust or association of which it may be a member, trustee, stockholder, agent or affiliate may contract with the Holding Company or any affiliate and may be or become pecuniarily interested in any matter to which the Holding Company or any affiliate may be a party or in which it may have an interest, as fully and freely as though the Trustee were not the trustee hereunder.
