INTEREST SUBSIDIES. The Bank may contribute – through subsidies – to serve the interests of borrowing contracted by community bodies, by Member States, collectivities and enterprises of Member States that contribute to the development of their economies and aimed at creating or rehabilitating infrastructures, diversification or restructuring production resources, launching new activities; These contributions must be provided by Bank ownership or from non-reimbursable assistance funds put at its disposal; The Bank may improve its own loans on funds that it manages in conformity to the utilization rules for these funds.

INTEREST SUBSIDIES. Community Declaration: Acknowledging the high adaptation costs to which the sugar protocol countries are confronted as a result of the EC sugar reforms, the EIB shall endeavour to direct part of the resources of the investment facility and of its own resources towards investments in the sugar sector of the ACP sugar protocol countries. An amount of up to 000 XXXX shall be mobilised where applicable and on the basis of the eligibility criteria set out in Annex II to the Cotonou Agreement from the envelope for grants for the financing of the interest-rate subsidies foreseen in paragraph 2(c) of Annex I(b) to the Cotonou Agreement.   • Subsidies 1. The rights and obligations of the Parties in respect of subsidies shall be governed by Articles VI and XVI of the GATT 1994, the WTO Agreement on Subsidies and Countervailing Measures and the WTO Agreement on Agriculture.

  • Export Subsidies 1. The Parties and Signatory Parties share the goal of achieving the multilateral elimination of export subsidies for agricultural products and shall cooperate in efforts to achieve an agreement within the framework of the WTO to eliminate such subsidies.

  • Loan Payments (a) The Loan shall bear interest at a fixed rate per annum equal to the Note Rate. Interest shall be computed based on the daily rate produced assuming a three hundred sixty (360) day year, multiplied by the actual number of days elapsed. Except as otherwise set forth in this Agreement, interest shall be paid in arrears.

  • Special Payments Any payroll adjustment due an employee in the bargaining unit as a result of working out of class, re-computation of hours, or other reasons other than procedural errors shall be made and a supplemental check issued not later than fifteen (15) working days following notice to the payroll department.

  • Subsidy 25.1 The Parties acknowledge that they have structured this Agreement with the objective that it is lawful and complies with the requirements of the United Kingdom Competition Requirement.

  • Construction Funding Subsidies 5.1 Subject to 5.2 and 5.3 the HSP is required to continue to fulfill all CFS Commitments, and the CFS Commitments are hereby incorporated into and deemed part of the Agreement.

  • Special Pay Special payment, including standby, overtime, premium, and other special payments, shall be calculated in accordance with the applicable provisions of this Agreement.

  • Cooperative Deposits On a basis of cooperation or assistance (16 USC 572) and by a written agreement, Forest Service shall perform all or portions of the work that Purchaser is obligated to perform under this contract, as well as furnish other services in connection with activities under this contract. When Forest Service is to perform such work, Purchaser shall make one or more deposits to cover the estimated cost of the work. On re- quest of Purchaser, Forest Service shall render monthly accounts, as may be specified in such agreement.

  • Payment of Principal, Interest, Escrow Items, Prepayment Charges, and Late Charges Borrower will pay each Periodic Payment when due. Borrower will also pay any prepayment charges and late charges due under the Note, and any other amounts due under this Security Instrument. Payments due under the Note and this Security Instrument must be made in U.S. currency. If any check or other instrument received by Lender as payment under the Note or this Security Instrument is returned to Lender unpaid, Lender may require that any or all subsequent payments due under the Note and this Security Instrument be made in one or more of the following forms, as selected by Lender: (a) cash; (b) money order; (c) certified check, bank check, treasurer’s check, or cashier’s check, provided any such check is drawn upon an institution whose deposits are insured by a U.S. federal agency, instrumentality, or entity; or (d) Electronic Fund Transfer. Payments are deemed received by Lender when received at the location designated in the Note or at such other location as may be designated by Lender in accordance with the notice provisions in Section 16. Lender may accept or return any Partial Payments in its sole discretion pursuant to Section 2. Any offset or claim that Borrower may have now or in the future against Lender will not relieve Borrower from making the full amount of all payments due under the Note and this Security Instrument or performing the covenants and agreements secured by this Security Instrument.
