Interest Remittance Amount. As of any Determination Date, the sum, without duplication, of (a) all interest collected or advanced on the Loans during the related Interest Accrual Period, (b) the portion of any Substitution Adjustment Amount or payment in connection with any repurchase of a Defective Loan, or Liquidation Proceeds, relating to interest with respect to the Loans and received during the related Interest Accrual Period and (c) with respect to the Class AF Certificates only, any Insured Amounts in respect of interest. Latest Possible Maturity Date ----------------------------- The Distribution Date following the third anniversary of the scheduled maturity date of the Loan having the latest scheduled maturity date as of the Cut-off Date. LIBOR ----- As of any LIBOR Determination Date, the London interbank offered rate for one-month United States dollar deposits which appears in the Dow Jones Telerate Page 3750 as of 11:00 a.m., London time, on that date.   • Remittance Date The 18th day (or if such 18th day is not a Business Day, the first Business Day immediately following) of any month.

  • Minimum Monthly Principal Payments Amortizing payments of the aggregate principal amount outstanding under this Note at any time (the “Principal Amount”) shall begin on December 1, 2004 and shall recur on the first business day of each succeeding month thereafter until the Maturity Date (each, an “Amortization Date”). Subject to Article 3 below, beginning on the first Amortization Date, the Borrower shall make monthly payments to the Holder on each Repayment Date, each in the amount of $187,500, together with any accrued and unpaid interest to date on such portion of the Principal Amount plus any and all other amounts which are then owing under this Note, the Purchase Agreement or any other Related Agreement but have not been paid (collectively, the “Monthly Amount”).   • Primary Servicing Fee; Carryover Servicing Fee The Primary Servicing Fee for each calendar month and any Carryover Servicing Fees payable on any Distribution Date in arrears by the Issuer shall be equal to the amounts determined by reference to the schedule of fees attached hereto as Attachment A. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained herein or in any other Basic Document, the Servicer shall be entitled to receive any Carryover Servicing Fee on any Distribution Date only if and to the extent that sufficient funds are available pursuant to Section 2.8(i) of the Administration Agreement.

  • Excess Spread; Excess Finance Charge Collections The Servicer shall apply, or shall cause the Trustee to apply by written instruction to the Trustee, on each Distribution Date, Excess Spread and Excess Finance Charge Collections allocated to Series 1997-1 with respect to the related Monthly Period, to make the following distributions or deposits in the following order of priority:

  • Collections Payment Processing Remittance (a) Collection Efforts, Policies, Procedures.

  • Payment of Principal, Premium, if any, and Interest The Company covenants and agrees for the benefit of the Holders of the Securities that it will duly and punctually pay the principal of and any premium and interest (including any Additional Interest) on the Securities in accordance with the terms of the Securities and this Indenture.

  • Remittance Reports; P&I Advances (a) On the second Business Day prior to the related Distribution Date, the Master Servicer shall deliver to the Trust Administrator, the Paying Agent and the Trustee by telecopy (or by such other means as the Master Servicer, the Paying Agent and the Trust Administrator and the Trustee may agree from time to time) a Remittance Report with respect to the related Distribution Date. Such Remittance Report will include (i) the amount of P&I Advances to be made by the Master Servicer in respect of the related Distribution Date, the aggregate amount of P&I Advances outstanding after giving effect to such P&I Advances, and the aggregate amount of Nonrecoverable P&I Advances in respect of such Distribution Date and (ii) such other information with respect to the Mortgage Loans as the Trust Administrator or the Paying Agent may reasonably require to perform the calculations necessary for the Paying Agent to make the distributions contemplated by Section 4.01 and for the Trust Administrator to prepare the statements to Certificateholders contemplated by Section 4.02; provided, however, that if the Master Servicer is not the Trust Administrator, the Master Servicer will forward to the successor Trust Administrator the information set forth in clause (i) above on the next Business Day following the latest related Determination Date and the information set forth in clause (ii) above on the fifth Business Day following the last day of the related calendar month. Neither the Trustee, the Paying Agent nor the Trust Administrator shall be responsible to recompute, recalculate or verify any information provided to it by the Master Servicer.

  • Principal Payments Originator is authorized and directed by SPV to enter on the grid attached hereto, or, at its option, in its books and records, the date and amount of each loan made by it which is evidenced by this Subordinated Note and the amount of each payment of principal made by SPV, and absent manifest error, such entries shall constitute prima facie evidence of the accuracy of the information so entered; provided that neither the failure of Originator to make any such entry or any error therein shall expand, limit or affect the obligations of SPV hereunder.

  • Principal Payment The Borrower shall fail to pay any principal of any Note when the same becomes due and payable as set forth in this Agreement;
