Interest Rate Payments and Calculations. (a) All outstanding revolving loans (including loans made by Bank in accordance with Section 2.5(b)) shall bear interest at a per annum rate equal to the Reference Rate plus one and one-half percent (1.50%); provided, that from and after the occurrence and during the continuance of an Event of Default, such revolving loans shall bear interest at a per annum rate equal to the Reference Rate plus three and three-quarters percent (3.75%).
