Common use of Interest Rate Cap Agreement Clause in Contracts

Interest Rate Cap Agreement. Mezzanine Lender shall have received a copy of the Interest Rate Cap Agreement (First Mezzanine) which shall be in form and substance reasonably satisfactory to Mezzanine Lender and an original counterpart of the Acknowledgment executed and delivered by the Counterparty.

Interest Rate Cap Agreement. Mezzanine Lender shall have received a copy of the original Interest Rate Cap Agreement (First Mezzanine) which shall be in form and substance reasonably satisfactory to Mezzanine Lender and an original a counterpart of the Acknowledgment executed and delivered by the Counterparty.;

Mezzanine Lender shall have received a copy of the original Interest Rate Cap Agreement (First Fourth Mezzanine) which shall be in form and substance reasonably satisfactory to Mezzanine Lender and an original a counterpart of the Acknowledgment executed and delivered by the Counterparty.;

Mezzanine Lender shall have received a copy of the Interest Rate Cap Agreement (First Second Mezzanine) which shall be in form and substance reasonably satisfactory to Mezzanine Lender and an original counterpart of the Acknowledgment executed and delivered by the Counterparty.

Interest Rate Cap Agreement. Mezzanine Lender shall have received a copy of the Interest Rate Cap Agreement (First Third Mezzanine) which shall be in form and substance reasonably satisfactory to Mezzanine Lender and an original counterpart of the Acknowledgment executed and delivered by the Counterparty.
