Common use of Interest Rate Cap Account Clause in Contracts

Interest Rate Cap Account. The separate Eligible Account designated as such and created and maintained by the Trust Administrator pursuant to Section 4.13 hereof. The Class 1-B-1 Interest Rate Cap Account shall be treated as an “outside reserve fund” under Treasury regulation Section 1.860G-2(h) and shall not be part of any REMIC. Funds in the Class 1-B-1 Interest Rate Cap Account shall be held in trust in the Supplemental Interest Trust for the uses and purposes set forth in this Agreement.
