Interest of Contractor and Employees. The CONTRACTOR covenants that no person described in Paragraph 24 A and B above who presently exercises any functions or responsibilities in connection with the Contract has any personal financial interest, direct or indirect, in this Contract.   • Non-liability of City Officers and Employees No officer or employee of the City shall be personally liable to the Consultant, or any successor in interest, in the event of any default or breach by the City or for any amount which may become due to the Consultant or to its successor, or for breach of any obligation of the terms of this Agreement.

The Contractor’s Project Manager shall be assigned to this project for the duration of the Contract and shall diligently pursue all work and services to meet the project time lines. The County’s Project manager shall notify the Contractor in writing of such action. The Contractor shall accomplish the removal within five (5) business days after written notice by the County’s Project Manager. The County’s Project Manager shall review and approve the appointment of the replacement for the Contractor’s Project Manager.   • Contractor and Employee Security Precautions A. The security aspects of working at the Correctional Facility are critical. The following security precautions are part of the site conditions and are a part of this Contract. All persons coming on the site in any way connected with this Work shall be made aware of them, and it is the (General) Contractor’s responsibility to check and enforce them.

  • EXTENT OF CONTRACT This Contract which includes this Agreement and the other documents incorporated herein by reference represents the entire and integrated Agreement between Owner and Contractor and supersedes all prior negotiations, representations or agreements, either written or oral. If anything in any document incorporated into this Agreement is inconsistent with this Agreement, this Agreement shall govern.
