Common use of Interest Due Clause in Contracts

Interest Due. Without limiting any other rights or remedies available to Seller, Purchaser shall pay Seller interest on any payments that are not paid on or before the date such payments are due under Section 1.03 and this Section 1.04 at a rate of one-and-one-half-percent (1.5%) per month or the maximum applicable legal rate,, if less, calculated on the total number of days payment is delinquent.
