INTEREST CHARGES AND FEES. 1. If the Cardmember pays to AEME an amount less than the New Balance by the Payment Due Date, or if no payment is made or if payment of the New Balance is not made in FULL, or if payment is made but AFTER the Payment Due Date, the Interest Charge calculated on a daily basis at the prevailing interest rate will be applied to the New Balance from the date(s) of the Card Transaction(s) and Charge(s) until any payments are credited to the Card Account and THEREAFTER on the reduced balance and to any Card Transaction(s) and Charge(s) effected since the date when the latest Statement of Account was issued, with effect from the date(s) of Card Transaction(s) and Charge(s). Notwithstanding the foregoing, the method of determining interest, interest charges and fees payable with respect to a Cash Withdrawal is set forth in Clause 7(3).
