Common use of Interest Charge Clause in Contracts

Interest Charge. The Client agrees to pay interest on all overdue Debit Balances (including interest arising after a judgment debt is obtained against the Client) charged at an annual rate of eight (8) per cent above the best lending rate (Prime Rate) on Hong Kong dollars quoted by bank from time to time or at such rate as be stipulated by USL’s sole discretion from time to time.

Interest Charge. The Client agrees to pay interest on all overdue Debit Balances debit balances (including interest arising after a judgment debt is obtained against the Client) charged at an annual rate of eight five (8) 5) per cent above the best lending rate (Prime Rate) on Hong Kong dollars quoted by bank from time to time or at such rate as be stipulated by USLSuntek’s sole discretion from time to time. Such interest shall accrue on a day-to-day basis and shall be payable on the last day of each calendar month or upon any demand being made by Suntek.
