Common use of Intercreditor Agreements Clause in Contracts

Intercreditor Agreements. The Lenders hereby authorize the Administrative Agent to enter into any Intercreditor Agreement or other written intercreditor arrangement permitted under this Agreement and the Lenders acknowledge that any such Intercreditor Agreements or arrangements will be binding upon the Lenders.
