The Solar Power Developer has to bear the entire cost of the Interconnection Facilities as per the sanctioned estimate.

The Solar Power Developer has to bear the entire cost of the Interconnection Facilities as per the approved estimate made by TSTRANSCO or DISCOM. Provided that the TSTRANSCO or DISCOM may allow the Solar Power Developer to execute the Interconnection Facilities for power evacuation as per the approved estimate at its discretion duly collecting the supervision charges as per the procedure in vogue.

Provided that the TSTRANSCO or DISCOM may allow the Solar Power Developer to execute the Interconnection Facilities for power evacuation as per the approved estimate at its discretion duly collecting the supervision charges as per the solar policy of the Government of Telangana from time to time. In case the project connects to a 33 / 11 kV interconnection substation where available capacity is subject to bay extension and bay extension is not feasible, then the bidder shall procure land and undertake bay extension at its own cost. Further in case the project connects to EHT interconnection substations of 132/33, 220/132 KV and 400/220 KV, the SPD shall invariably pay land cost for bays whether existing or to be constructed, to TSTRANSCO.

INTERCONNECTION FACILITIES, SYNCHRONIZATION, COMMISSIONING AND COMMERCIAL OPERATIONS. The Solar Power Developer has to bear the entire cost of the Interconnection Facilities as per the sanctioned DISCOM estimate for arranging Interconnection Facilities for power evacuation at the Voltage of Interconnection. The Solar Power Developer shall also be responsible for obtaining any permits/ consents required for interconnection at a sub-station and will be solely responsible for liaising at its own cost with any government body/ department for obtaining such a consent/ permit The interconnection line from Project switchyard to the location has to be constructed and maintained by the SPD at his cost. The entire cost of transmission including cost of procurement of land for bay (if any), construction of lines, metering equipment, losses, supervision charges etc., from the Project up to the Interconnection Point shall be borne by the SPD and shall not be reimbursed. The Solar Power Developer shall own, operate and maintain Interconnection Facilities from Project to grid sub-station from time to time and necessary expenditure shall have to be borne by the Solar Power Developer. The maintenance work at the grid sub-station and connected bay and equipment has to be done in coordination with the DISCOM authorities. The Solar Power Developer shall be responsible to operate the Project as envisaged under this Agreement & to provide appropriate facility/ instrumentation/ metering arrangement as per Clause 4.1. The Solar Power Developer shall deploy components/equipment for the STP/SPV complying with approved/minimum technical standards as per International Electro technical Commission (“IEC”) & Bureau of Indian Standards (“BIS”) or technical standards that are as specified by Ministry of New and Renewable Energy (“MNRE”) as amended from time to time at the cost of the Solar Power Developer.

Related to INTERCONNECTION FACILITIES, SYNCHRONIZATION, COMMISSIONING AND COMMERCIAL OPERATIONS

  • Synchronization, Commissioning and Commercial Operation 4.1.1 The Power Producer shall give at least thirty (30) days written notice to the SLDC and GUVNL, of the date on which it intends to synchronize the Power Project to the Grid System.

  • Synchronisation Commissioning and Commercial Operation 8.1 The Developer shall provide at least forty (40) days advanced preliminary written notice and at least twenty (20) days advanced final written notice to ESCOM of the date on which it intends to synchronize the Power Project to the Grid System.

  • Interconnection Facilities 4.1.1 The Interconnection Customer shall pay for the cost of the Interconnection Facilities itemized in Attachment 2 of this Agreement. The NYISO, in consultation with the Connecting Transmission Owner, shall provide a best estimate cost, including overheads, for the purchase and construction of its Interconnection Facilities and provide a detailed itemization of such costs. Costs associated with Interconnection Facilities may be shared with other entities that may benefit from such facilities by agreement of the Interconnection Customer, such other entities, the NYISO, and the Connecting Transmission Owner.

  • Building Commissioning Services The Owner may provide as a part of its testing services the Building Commissioning services involving the project’s HVAC and exhaust systems, temperature control systems, fire detection and alarm systems, emergency power and lighting system, fire suppression system, security locks and security locking control systems, food service equipment (if applicable), and laundry equipment (if applicable). In the event the Using Agency’s Program specifies additional commissioning services, the Owner shall procure such services as well. The Owner, through its Executive Administrator, may engage an independent Commissioning Authority. It is the intent of this Article that the Commissioning Authority enforce the requirements mentioned herein and certify that the systems and equipment listed all function properly prior to the initiation of each final inspection.

  • Interconnection Customer Interconnection Facilities Interconnection Customer shall design, procure, construct, install, own and/or control Interconnection Customer Interconnection Facilities described in Appendix A, Interconnection Facilities, Network Upgrades and Distribution Upgrades, at its sole expense.

  • Network Interconnection Architecture Each Party will plan, design, construct and maintain the facilities within their respective systems as are necessary and proper for the provision of traffic covered by this Agreement. These facilities include but are not limited to, a sufficient number of trunks to the point of interconnection with the tandem company, and sufficient interoffice and interexchange facilities and trunks between its own central offices to adequately handle traffic between all central offices within the service areas at P.01 grade of service or better. The provisioning and engineering of such services and facilities will comply with generally accepted industry methods and practices, and will observe the rules and regulations of the lawfully established tariffs applicable to the services provided.

  • SS7 Network Interconnection 9.7.1 SS7 Network Interconnection is the interconnection of Global Connection local signaling transfer point switches or Global Connection local or tandem switching systems with BellSouth signaling transfer point switches. This interconnection provides connectivity that enables the exchange of SS7 messages among BellSouth switching systems and databases, Global Connection local or tandem switching systems, and other third-party switching systems directly connected to the XxxxXxxxx XX0 network.

  • Scope of Interconnection Service 1.3.1 The NYISO will provide Energy Resource Interconnection Service to Interconnection Customer at the Point of Interconnection.

Within one hundred twenty (120) Calendar Days after the Commercial Operation Date, unless the Participating TO and Interconnection Customer agree on another mutually acceptable deadline, the Interconnection Customer shall deliver to the Participating TO and CAISO “as-built” drawings, information and documents for the Interconnection Customer’s Interconnection Facilities and the Electric Generating Unit(s), such as: a one-line diagram, a site plan showing the Large Generating Facility and the Interconnection Customer’s Interconnection Facilities, plan and elevation drawings showing the layout of the Interconnection Customer’s Interconnection Facilities, a relay functional diagram, relaying AC and DC schematic wiring diagrams and relay settings for all facilities associated with the Interconnection Customer's step-up transformers, the facilities connecting the Large Generating Facility to the step-up transformers and the Interconnection Customer’s Interconnection Facilities, and the impedances (determined by factory tests) for the associated step-up transformers and the Electric Generating Units. The Interconnection Customer shall provide the Participating TO and the CAISO specifications for the excitation system, automatic voltage regulator, Large Generating Facility control and protection settings, transformer tap settings, and communications, if applicable. Any deviations from the relay settings, machine specifications, and other specifications originally submitted by the Interconnection Customer shall be assessed by the Participating TO and the CAISO pursuant to the appropriate provisions of this LGIA and the LGIP.
