Interconnection Facilities Study Agreement. Simultaneously with the delivery of the Interconnection System Impact Study to Interconnection Customer, Transmission Provider shall provide to Interconnection Customer an Interconnection Facilities Study Agreement in the form of Appendix 4 to this LGIP. The Interconnection Facilities Study Agreement shall provide that Interconnection Customer shall compensate Transmission Provider for the actual cost of the Interconnection Facilities Study. Within three (3) Business Days following the Interconnection System Impact Study results meeting, Transmission Provider shall provide to Interconnection Customer a non-binding good faith estimate of the cost and timeframe for completing the Interconnection Facilities Study. Interconnection Customer shall execute the Interconnection Facilities Study Agreement and deliver the executed Interconnection Facilities Study Agreement to Transmission Provider within thirty (30) Calendar Days after its receipt, together with the required technical data and the greater of $100,000 or Interconnection Customer's portion of the estimated monthly cost of conducting the Interconnection Facilities Study.

Interconnection Facilities Study Agreement. The form of agreement contained in Attachment 8 of the Standard Small Generator Interconnection Procedures for conducting the Interconnection Facilities Study. Interconnection Feasibility Study – A preliminary evaluation of the system impact and cost of interconnecting the Generating Facility to the Administered Transmission System, the scope of which is described in Section 3.3 of the Standard Small Generator Interconnection Procedures. The Interconnection Customer has the option to request either that the Interconnection Feasibility Study be completed as a separate and distinct study, or as part of the Interconnection System Impact Study. If the Interconnection Customer requests that the Interconnection Feasibility Study be completed as part of the Interconnection System Impact Study, Section 3.3 shall be performed as the first step of the Interconnection System Impact Study, and shall be regarded as part of the Interconnection System Impact Study. When the requirements of Section 3.3 are performed as part of the Interconnection System Impact Study, the Interconnection Customer shall be responsible only for the deposit requirements of the Interconnection System Impact Study, and there shall be only one final report, which will include the results of both Section 3.3 and Section 3.4.

Transmission Provider shall use Reasonable Efforts to provide to Interconnection Customer a non-binding good faith estimate of the cost and timeframe for completing the Interconnection Facilities Study within three (3) Business Days following the Interconnection System Impact Study results meeting. Interconnection Customer shall execute the Interconnection Facilities Study Agreement and deliver the executed Interconnection Facilities Study Agreement to Transmission Provider within thirty (30) Calendar Days after its receipt, together with the required technical data and a deposit of $100,000 for the performance of the Interconnection Facilities Study and other work, including, but not limited to, environmental review activities and development of an E&P Agreement and the LGIA.
Interconnection Facilities Study Agreement. Within fourteen (14) Calendar Days after receipt of the final Interconnection System Impact Study report, Interconnection Customer shall (a) narrow the scope to one level of generation output , if not previously narrowed under Section 7.3.1, for completion of the Interconnection Facilities Study; (b) provide demonstration of Site Control of at least fifty percent (50%) of sufficient land area to support the size and type of Generating Facility proposed; (c) provide security in the form of a deposit or Letter of Credit to cover twenty-five percent (25%) of the cost of the proposed Interconnection Facilities and Network Upgrades to be funded by Interconnection Customer identified in the final Interconnection System Impact Study; and (d) provide one of the following: (i) the designation of the Generating Facility as a Network Resource; (ii) a Transmission Service Request, or written confirmation of intent to submit a Transmission Service Request within thirty (30) Calendar Days, for the amount of generation identified in the final Interconnection System Impact Study; or (iii) a written statement indicating that Interconnection Customer will proceed with the Interconnection Request without making a Transmission Service Request and therefore shall accept the risk of any Transmission System operating limits.

Interconnection Facilities Study Agreement. No later than fifteen (15) Business Days after Transmission Provider has notified Interconnection Customers in the Cluster that no additional Phase Two Cluster Re- Study is necessary, as specified in Section 7.6, Transmission Provider shall use Reasonable Efforts to tender to each Interconnection Customer in the Cluster an Interconnection Facilities Study Agreement in the form of Appendix 4 to this LGIP. Transmission Provider at its sole discretion may allow Interconnection Requests in a Cluster Area or Scalable Plan Block to advance to the Facilities Study on a separate schedule than other Cluster Areas or Identified Scalable Plan Blocks. The Interconnection Facilities Study Agreement shall provide that Interconnection Customer shall compensate Transmission Provider for the actual cost of the Interconnection Facilities Study. Transmission Provider shall provide to Interconnection Customer a non-binding good faith estimate of the cost and timeframe for completing the Interconnection Facilities Study. Each Interconnection Customer shall execute an Interconnection Facilities Study Agreement and deliver the executed Interconnection Facilities Study Agreement and applicable Facilities Study deposit equal to a good faith estimate of the Interconnection Request’s allocated share of the cost for Transmission Provider to perform the preliminary engineering that is necessary to complete the Facilities Study report on a non-clustered basis for a Cluster Area or Scalable Plan Blocks for a network plan of service to Transmission Provider no later than thirty (30) Calendar Days after its receipt, along with any required technical data, or shall be deemed withdrawn.

The Interconnection Facilities Study Agreement shall provide that Interconnection Customer shall compensate Transmission Provider for the actual cost of the Interconnection Facilities Study. Within ten (10) Business Days following the Interconnection System Impact Study results meeting or as soon as practicable, Transmission Provider shall provide to Interconnection Customer an executed Interconnection Facilities Study Agreement which includes a non-binding good faith estimate of the cost and timeframe for completing the Interconnection Facilities Study. Within thirty (30) Calendar Days after its receipt of the foregoing documents, Interconnection Customer shall deliver to Transmission Provider (i) the fully executed Interconnection Facilities Study Agreement, (ii) the required technical data, and (iii) the full amount of the study deposit required pursuant to Section 8.1.1.
