ISO Tariff - The California Independent System Operator Agreement and Tariff, dated March 31, 1997, as it may be modified from time to time, and accepted by FERC. ITCC (Income Tax Component of Contribution) – As defined in Attachment J of the Tariff. Material Modification - A modification that has a material impact on the cost or timing of any Interconnection Request, or any other valid interconnection request to the Distribution Provider or the ISO, with a later queue priority date. NERC – The North American Electric Reliability Corporation or its successor organization. Network Upgrades - Additions, modifications, and upgrades to the Distribution Provider's Transmission System required at or beyond the point at which the Distribution System connects to the Distribution Provider’s Transmission System to accommodate the interconnection of the Generating Facility to the Distribution Provider’s Distribution System. Network Upgrades do not include Distribution Upgrades. Network Upgrades Cost – The Interconnection Customer’s allocated share of all costs, excluding One-Time Cost, determined by the Distribution Provider to be associated with the design, engineering, procurement, construction and installation of the Network Upgrades.   • Interconnection Facilities 4.1.1 The Interconnection Customer shall pay for the cost of the Interconnection Facilities itemized in Attachment 2 of this Agreement. The NYISO, in consultation with the Connecting Transmission Owner, shall provide a best estimate cost, including overheads, for the purchase and construction of its Interconnection Facilities and provide a detailed itemization of such costs. Costs associated with Interconnection Facilities may be shared with other entities that may benefit from such facilities by agreement of the Interconnection Customer, such other entities, the NYISO, and the Connecting Transmission Owner.
