Interconnection Customer Operating Requirements. Interconnection Customer must comply with all applicable NYISO tariffs and procedures, as amended from time to time. Interconnection Customer must comply with the Connecting Transmission Owner’s operating instructions and requirements, including the following requirements, to the extent not inconsistent with the terms of this Agreement, the Tariff, or applicable NYISO procedures. The dedicated data circuits shall be maintained by Interconnection Customer in accordance with Article 8.1 of this Agreement. If the Large Generating Facility’s automatic voltage regulators are not capable of such automatic operation, as required in Article 9.5.4 of this Agreement, the Interconnection Customer shall immediately notify the Connecting Transmission Owner in addition to the mandatory NYISO notification.

Interconnection Customer Operating Requirements. The Interconnection Customer must comply with all applicable NYISO tariffs and procedures, as amended from time to time. The Interconnection Customer must comply with Connecting Transmission Owner’s operating instructions and requirements as set out in the most current version of National Grid’s Electric System Bulletin 756 (as updated from time to time), as referenced in Article 9.3 of this Agreement, which requirements shall include the dedicated data circuits, including protection circuits, to be maintained by the Transmission Customer in accordance with Article 8.1 of this Agreement. With respect to Capacity Resource Interconnection Service (“XXXX”), the Large Generating Facility has a XXXX value of 954 MW. APPENDIX D Security Arrangements Details Infrastructure security of New York State Transmission System equipment and operations and control hardware and software is essential to ensure day-to-day New York State Transmission System reliability and operational security. The Commission will expect the NYISO, all Transmission Owners, all Interconnection Customers and all other Market Participants to comply with the recommendations offered by the President’s Critical Infrastructure Protection Board and, eventually, best practice recommendations from the electric reliability authority.   • Interconnection Customer Drawings Within one hundred twenty (120) days after the date of Initial Operation, unless the Interconnection Parties agree on another mutually acceptable deadline, the Interconnection Customer shall deliver to the Transmission Provider and the Interconnected Transmission Owner final, “as-built” drawings, information and documents regarding the Customer Interconnection Facilities, including, as and to the extent applicable: a one-line diagram, a site plan showing the Customer Facility and the Customer Interconnection Facilities, plan and elevation drawings showing the layout of the Customer Interconnection Facilities, a relay functional diagram, relaying AC and DC schematic wiring diagrams and relay settings for all facilities associated with the Interconnection Customer's step-up transformers, the facilities connecting the Customer Facility to the step-up transformers and the Customer Interconnection Facilities, and the impedances (determined by factory tests) for the associated step-up transformers and the Customer Facility. As applicable, the Interconnection Customer shall provide Transmission Provider and the Interconnected Transmission Owner specifications for the excitation system, automatic voltage regulator, Customer Facility control and protection settings, transformer tap settings, and communications.

  • Developer Operating Requirements (a) Developer must comply with all applicable NYISO tariffs and procedures, as amended from time to time.
