Intercompany Mergers. Any Subsidiary of the Borrower may be merged or consolidated with or into: (i) the Borrower if the Borrower shall be the continuing or surviving corporation or (ii) any other Subsidiary of the Borrower; provided that if any such transaction shall be between a Subsidiary and a Wholly Owned Subsidiary, the Wholly Owned Subsidiary shall be the continuing or surviving corporation.
