Interagency Agreement. The Parties to this Agreement agree to be bound to the provisions of the Interagency Agreement Number 20-6541C-169 between the City and the Washington State Department of Commerce, included as Exhibit 2 to this Agreement, incorporated by reference herein.
Interagency Agreement. The terms and conditions contained in this section constitute a basis for any contract with other Connecticut State Agencies. As used in this Agreement, the term "Memorandum of Agreement" and "MOA" is consistent with the term "Contract" and the term "ADS" is consistent with "Department of Aging and Disability Services" and the term “DDS” is consistent with "Department of Developmental Services."
Interagency Agreement. Tri-Counties Regional Center and San Xxxx Obispo County SELPA March 2022 INTERAGENCY AGREEMENT APPROVAL This Agreement shall be in effect from March 1, 2022 and shall be effective until changed by mutual agreement. The Agreement conforms to implementation of Part C of IDEA of the Individuals with Disabilities Education Act.
Interagency Agreement. The duly executed and acknowledged Interagency Agreement between MTC and BAHA dated April 22, 2016 (the “Interagency Agreement”).
Interagency Agreement. Interagency Agreements include both Strategic Partnership Projects performed for Federal entities and Homeland Security agreements. Interagency Agreements are executed using the Department of Treasury G-Invoicing system, which automates interagency agreement processing and includes the relevant content from Treasury Forms 7600A and 7600B. Strategic Partnership Projects with other Federal entities to perform work are executed under the provisions of the Atomic Energy Act (DOE Order 481.1E, Strategic Partnership Projects) or any successor policy, and DEAR 970.1701 (48 CFR 970.1701). Homeland Security Agreements are reimbursable work with the Department of Homeland Security conforming to the requirements specified in DOE Order 484.1, Reimbursable Work for Department of Homeland Security, or any successor policy. Homeland Security Agreements are executed using the Department of Treasury G- Invoicing system, which incorporates Treasury Form 7600.
Interagency Agreement. Goods or services shall be provided under this Interagency Agreement only after it has been signed by a representative of each party authorized to execute the Interagency Agreement. Upon signature by each party’s representative, the Interagency Agreement shall constitute a valid Economy in Government Act order.

Interagency Agreement. (a) In order to intercept and divert children and youth at risk of custody relinquishment to the Department of Children and Family Services, within 180 days after the effective date of this Act, the Department of Children of Family Services, the Department of Human Services, the Department of Healthcare and Family Services, the Illinois State Board of Education, the Department of Juvenile Justice, and the Department of Public Health shall enter into an interagency agreement for the purpose of preventing children and youth who are not otherwise abused or neglected from entering the custody or guardianship of the Department of Children and Family Services solely for purposes of receiving services for a serious mental illness or serious emotional disturbance. The intergovernmental agreement shall require the agencies listed in this Section to establish an interagency clinical team to review cases of children and youth who are at risk of relinquishment who are at a hospital or other similar treatment facility, and to connect the child or youth and his or her family with the appropriate services, treatment, and support to stabilize the child or youth's serious mental illness or serious emotional disturbance and prevent custody relinquishment to the Department of Children and Family Services. The interagency agreement, among other things, shall address all of the following:
