Interaction with Public. The Contractor recognizes that its conduct during the performance of the Services hereunder reflects upon its reputation in the community as well as upon the public perception of the Town. Therefore, the Contractor offers and warrants to the Town that the Contractor, its agents and employees will conduct all of their interactions with the citizens and the public relating to the performance of the Services hereunder in such a manner as to provide customer service that reflects positively upon its reputation and the Town’s public image.

Interaction with Public. Adventure Fit recognizes that its conduct during the performance of the Services hereunder reflects upon its reputation in the community as well as upon the public perception of the Town. Therefore, Adventure Fit offers and warrants to the Town that Adventure Fit, its agents and employees will conduct all of their interactions with the citizens and the public relating to the performance of the Services hereunder in such a manner as to provide customer service that reflects positively upon its reputation and the Town’s public image.

Therefore, Event Owner offers and warrants to the Town that Event Owner, its agents, employees, and volunteers will conduct all of their interactions with the citizens and the public relating to the performance of the obligations hereunder in such a manner that reflects positively upon its reputation and the Town’s public image.
Interaction with Public. The Company shall develop, with the advice and consent of the Borough, a public relations plan in order to keep the Borough, citizens and users informed about the operation and maintenance of the Wastewater System. The Company will schedule and conduct tours of the Facilities, if and as requested, provided that such tours shall not interfere with the Company’s responsibility to operate, maintain and manage the Wastewater System. The Company shall prepare written summaries of all formal public relations meetings with the Borough and/or community groups and provide the Borough with a copy. The Company shall give the Borough notice of any interview by or statements given to the media prior to the event, if possible, and the same day, if not possible.

Therefore, HFHSVV offers and warrants to the Town that HFHSVV, its agents and employees will conduct all of their interactions with the citizens and the public relating to the performance of the Services hereunder in such a manner as to provide customer service that reflects positively upon its reputation and the Town’s public image.
Interaction with Public. Oskar Blues recognizes that its conduct during and in conjunction with the production of the Event reflects upon its reputation in the community as well as upon the public perception of the Town. Therefore, Oskar Blues offers and warrants to the Town that Oskar Blues, its agents and employees will conduct all of their interactions with the citizens and the public relating to the performance of the obligations hereunder in such a manner that reflects positively upon its reputation and the Town’s public image.

Web-based information and applications must conform to New York State Enterprise IT Policy NYS-P08-005 as determined by quality assurance testing. Such quality assurance testing will be conducted by the State Agency Authorized User and the results of such testing must be satisfactory to the Authorized User before web-based information and applications will be considered a qualified deliverable under the contract or procurement.
