Inter. SECTOR DAYS AT SEA (DAS) LEASING: Members who wish to lease Days‐ at‐Sea (DAS) outside of the Sector are authorized under this provision to do so, only with Members of other Sectors whom are similarly exempt. Members acknowledge that such DAS leasing would not be exempted from existing length and horsepower constraints as currently contained in applicable regulations.
Inter. Inter institutional transfers are defined as those transfers wherein a faculty unit member from one institution under the governance of the Board transfers to another such institution. Inter-institutional applicants will be selected over outside applicants providing that their qualifications as related to the job description are equal to or better than those of any outside applicant. Tenure rights will be addressed as provided in Article XIII. The accrued rights of faculty unit members will be maintained in those cases involving involuntary transfers of faculty unit members that have resulted from geographical relocation of such programs. The Board will provide moving expenses in the case of such transfers as provided by state rules and regulations.

Inter. Cal's right to increase the price from time to time to reflect increases in its actual cost of production (raw CONFIDENTIAL TREATMENT REQUESTED materials, labor, equipment, and similar items). Inter-Cal may require Natrol to provide proof of performance of conditions (1) and (2). Inter-Cal will provide Natrol and Nutritionals with written notice at least 60 days before the effective date of any increase in price and will also provide Natrol and Nutritionals with satisfactory evidence of the increased cost of production. Prices are FOB, Prescott, Arizona, and do not include shipping or insurance charges.
Inter. Cal may terminate this Agreement immediately upon written notice if Natrol or Nutritionals promotes or sells the Products outside the Territory or blends, formulates, tablets, or packages the Products in combination with any other form of vitamin C, or if Natrol or Nutritionals sells the Products to any unauthorized Account.
Inter. Act and NCR mutually agree to port applications to NCR's Interactive Web Kiosk environment as per a separate Porting Agreement.
Inter. Tel shall grant customer thirty (30) days after any written notice of default herein required other than payment obligations, to cure any default. Should Customer fail to cure the default within the time, Inter-Tel shall be entitled to suspend Service and/or terminate this Agreement. Should Inter-Tel terminate this Agreement due to default by Customer, all amounts owned Inter-Tel shall become immediately due and payable.
