Intent of the Contract Documents. The intent of the Construction Documents is to provide the Trustees with full, complete, and accurate Project documentation, giving such directions as will enable any competent mechanic or other builder to carry them out, resulting in a Project that is complete in all respects. The Construction Documents shall identify that all items necessary or reasonably required to produce a complete and operational Project shall be provided.
