Intent of References to Bid Documents. The references to the parties' obligations, which are contained in this document, are intended to supplement or clarify the obligations as stated in the RFX and the Contractor’s Response. The failure of the parties to make reference to the terms of the RFX or the Contractor’s Response in this document shall not be construed as creating a conflict and will not relieve the Contractor of the contractual obligations imposed by the terms of the RFX and the Contractor’s Response. The contractual obligations of the State Entity cannot be implied from the Contractor’s Response.

  • Terms of Reference The SSEC shall update, not later than January 31, 2023, the terms of reference for the committee. If no such agreement can be reached the SSEC shall make recommendations to the Provincial Labour Management Committee (PLMC). Funding: Commencing July 1, 2022, there will be $50,000 of annual funding allocated for the purposes set out above. Commencing July 1, 2024, there will be an additional $1,000,000 of annual funding allocated for the purposes set out above.
