Intended Purpose. The intended purpose of the Software is for use on, and as an integral component of, Customer's Products. Customer's Product packaging for the Software shall clearly indicate this intended purpose. Customer shall market and distribute the Software only with Customer's Product and directly or indirectly through Customer's Distributors to End Users only if bundled with Customer's Product. Customer and Distributors shall not distribute the Software on a stand-alone basis.

The Intended Purpose of the Facility is to create provide a physical location for a services center dedicated to the homeless where various government and non-government organizations can provide social services to homeless persons residing in Volusia County. The proposed Facility is intended to dramatically improve the effectiveness and efficiency of service delivery by co-locating and integrating homeless services at one location within Volusia County, which services may include, but are not necessarily limited to short-term overnight lodging / shelter for up to [X persons TBD by CoDB] under normal operating conditions, provision of food and water, access to non-emergency health care services, access to social services programs offered by government or non-government organizations and other services serving the homeless population.
Intended Purpose. The Covid Clinic COVID-19 Test is a Rapid Antigen Test. The MedLab COVID-19 Test is a nucleic acid amplification in vitro diagnostic test designed to detect the genetic material of the SARS-CoV-2 (COVID-19) virus in a sample from your respiratory system and to meet the EUA statutory standard for COVID-19 testing. Monrovia Unified School District (“District”) is seeking to make the COVID-19 Testing or Vaccination Clinics available to District students, teachers and staff during the COVID-19 public health emergency as one measure to help to prevent the spread of COVID- 19 to District students and employees (and their families), and in accordance with federal CDC and state CDPH guidelines. I understand that a physician, duly licensed under applicable state law (the “Health Care Provider” or “HCP”), has been appointed with District’s approval to authorize Covid Clinic or MedLab to perform and report the COVID-19 Testing for and on my behalf, at such times and frequency as the HCP shall direct.
