Common use of Intellectual Property Remedies Clause in Contracts

Intellectual Property Remedies. Nothing in this Agreement waives or limits extra-contractual rights or remedies available to the Vendor to protect its rights in the Software, in- cluding those available under copyright law of the United States of Amer- ica, the European Union, international treaties, or national copyright and intellectual property laws of the countries in which the Customer may use the Software.
