Intellectual Property of CGI. Except with respect to the Event Logo (the use of which by CITY being subject to S ection 9), CITY shall not, without CGI’s prior written consent, use any intellectual property rights of CGI, including without limitation the Rock ‘n’ Roll® marks, names, and logos.
