Common use of Integrity Clause in Contracts

Integrity. take, within a reasonable timeframe, appropriate measures in respect of any member of its management bodies who has been convicted by a final and irrevocable court ruling of a Criminal Offence perpetrated in the course of the exercise of his/her professional duties, in order to ensure that such member is excluded from any of that Borrower’s activity in relation to the Loan or the Project.

Integrity. (i) take, within a reasonable timeframe, appropriate measures in respect of any member of its management or each Final Beneficiary’s governing bodies who has been convicted by a final and irrevocable court ruling of a Criminal Offence perpetrated in the course of the exercise of his/her professional duties, in order to ensure that such member is excluded from any of that Borrower’s or the relevant Final Beneficiary’s, as the case may be, activity in relation to the Loan or the Project.;

Integrity. take, within a reasonable timeframe, appropriate measures in respect of any member of its management bodies who has been convicted by a final and irrevocable court ruling of a Criminal Offence perpetrated in the course of the exercise of his/her professional duties, in order to ensure that such member is excluded from any of that Borrower’s 's activity in relation to the Loan or the Project.

Integrity. take, within a reasonable timeframe, appropriate measures in respect of any member of its management bodies board of directors who has been convicted by a final and irrevocable court ruling of a Criminal Offence perpetrated in the course of the exercise of his/her professional duties, in order to ensure that such member is excluded from any of that Borrower’s activity in relation to the Loan or the Project.

Each Obligor shall take, within a reasonable timeframe, appropriate measures in respect of any member of its management bodies who has been convicted by a final and irrevocable court ruling of a Criminal Offence perpetrated in the course of the exercise of his/her professional duties, in order to ensure that such member is excluded from any of that Borrower’s 's activity in relation to the Loan or the ProjectInvestment.

Integrity. take, within a reasonable timeframe, appropriate measures in respect of any member of its management bodies who has been convicted by a final and irrevocable court ruling of a Criminal Offence Illegal Activities perpetrated in the course of the exercise of his/her professional duties, in order to ensure that such member is excluded from any of that Borrower’s activity in relation to the Credit, Loan or the Project.; and

Integrity. (i) take, within a reasonable timeframe, appropriate measures in respect of any member of its management or the Final Beneficiary’s governing bodies who has been convicted by a final and irrevocable court ruling of a Criminal Offence perpetrated in the course of the exercise of his/her professional duties, in order to ensure that such member is excluded from any of that Borrower’s or the Final Beneficiary’s, as the case may be, activity in relation to the Loan or the Project.,
