INTEGRATION OF SICK LEAVE WITH DISABILITY/WORKERS’ COMPENSATION. Payment of sick leave shall not affect and shall be supplementary to disability payments of workers’ compensation. An employee entitled to disability or workers’ compensation benefit shall receive, in addition thereto, such portion of their accumulated sick leave as will meet, but not exceed the standard earnings of such employee for their normal work week, up to a maximum of five (5) days.

  • Workers' Compensation Leave A. When an injury is determined to be job related in accordance with Article XII, a regular, limited-term or probationary employee shall be placed on Workers'

  • State Disability Insurance (“SDI”) 215. Employees in the bargaining unit(s) covered by this agreement shall be enrolled in the State Disability Insurance Program. The cost of SDI will be paid by the employee through payroll deduction at a rate established by the State of California Employment Development Department.

  • Workers’ Compensation Coverage Consultant certifies that Consultant has qualified for workers’ compensation as required by the State of Oregon. Consultant shall provide the Owner, within ten (10) days after execution of this Agreement, a certificate of insurance evidencing coverage of all subject workers under Oregon’s workers’ compensation statutes. The insurance certificate and policy shall indicate that the policy shall not be terminated by the insurance carrier without thirty (30) days’ advance written notice to City. All agents or Consultants of Consultant shall maintain such insurance.

  • Portability of Sick Leave 1. The employer will accept up to sixty (60) accumulated sick leave days from other school districts in British Columbia, for employees hired to or on exchange in the district.

  • STATE DISABILITY INSURANCE (SDI) A. All employees covered by this Contract will be covered under the State Disability Insurance (SDI) benefit in lieu of a Non-Industrial Disability Insurance (NDI) and Enhanced Non-Industrial Disability Insurance (ENDI) benefit as follows:
