Common use of Integration Clause Clause in Contracts

Integration Clause. This Release and the Employment Agreement contain the Parties’ entire agreement with regard to the separation of Executive’s employment, and supersede and replace any prior agreements as to those matters, whether oral or written. This Release may not be changed or modified, in whole or in part, except by an instrument in writing signed by Executive and a duly authorized officer or director of the Company.

Integration Clause. This Release and the severance benefits under the Employment Agreement contain the Parties’ entire agreement with regard to the separation of Executive’s employment, and supersede and replace any prior agreements as to those matters, whether oral or written, except for the Confidentiality Agreement and any equity award agreements. This Release may not be changed or modified, in whole or in part, except by an instrument in writing signed by Executive and a duly authorized officer or director of the Company.

Integration Clause. This Release and Release, together with the Prior Employment Agreement contain Agreement, comprises the Parties’ entire agreement between the parties with regard to the separation of Executive’s employmentsubject matter hereof and supersedes, in their entirety, any other agreements between Executive and supersede and replace any prior agreements as the Company with regard to those matters, whether oral or writtenthe subject matter hereof. This Release may not be changed or modifiedmodified only in writing, in whole or in part, except by an instrument in and such writing must be signed by Executive both parties and a duly authorized officer or director of the Companyrecited that it is intended to modify this Release.

Integration Clause. This Release and the Employment Agreement Letter Agreement, contain the Parties’ entire agreement with regard to the separation transition of Executive’s employment, and supersede and replace any prior agreements as to those matters, whether oral or written, other than as provided in the Letter Agreement. This Release may not be changed or modified, in whole or in part, except by an instrument in writing signed by Executive and a duly authorized officer or director the Board of Directors of the Company.

Integration Clause. This Release and together with the Employment Confidentiality Agreement contain the Parties’ entire agreement with regard to the separation of Executive’s employment, and supersede and replace any prior agreements as to those matters, whether oral or written. This Release may not be changed or modified, in whole or in part, except by an instrument in writing signed by Executive and a duly authorized officer or director of the Company.
