It may be combined with other technologies, or be comprised of a series of components that are retrofitted or in some way attached to an existing noise source, or be one component of a much larger complex system whose primary function is not the attenuation of noise or vibration. In such event, QuietPower shall, at its option, fabricate or manufacture this larger integrated system itself or through a third party, including any components, such as special brackets and mounts or other components that facilitate the integration of the Active System into the larger integrated system. In such an event, NCT shall maintain its rights to manufacture the active components subject to Section 5.1 and this Section 5.2.
