Common use of INTEGRATED DOCUMENTS Clause in Contracts

INTEGRATED DOCUMENTS. The plans, drawings and specifications or special provisions of the Public Agency's call for bids, and Contractor's accepted bid for this work are hereby incorporated into this contract; and they are intended to cooperate, so that anything exhibited in the plans or drawings and not mentioned in the specifications or special provisions, or vice versa, is to be executed as if exhibited, mentioned and set forth in both, to the true intent and meaning thereof when taken all together; and differences of opinion concerning these shall be finally determined by the Public Agency.
