INTEGRATED DOCUMENT. This AGREEMENT, including the Summary Pages, recitals and any Exhibits and appendices, are incorporated herein and embody the entire AGREEMENT between CITY and GRANTEE. No oral agreements or conversations with any officer, agent or employee of CITY shall affect or modify any of the terms or obligations contained in any documents comprising this AGREEMENT. Any such oral agreement shall be considered as unofficial information and in no way binding upon CITY.

No other understanding, agreements, conversations, or otherwise, with any representative of City prior to execution of this Agreement shall affect or modify any of the terms or obligations of this Agreement. This Agreement supersedes and revokes all prior negotiations, representations and agreements, whether oral or written, relating to the subject matter hereof. The invalidity of any provision of this Agreement shall not affect the validity or enforceability of any remaining provisions.

No verbal agreements or conversation with any officer, agent or employee of the COUNTY concerning the terms or conditions of this contract shall affect or modify any of the terms or obligations contained in any document that is part of this contract.
