Common use of Intangible Property Clause in Contracts

Intangible Property. All of Seller’s right, title and interest in all intangible property (the “Intangible Property”), if any, pertaining to the Land, any Improvements, or the Tangible Personal Property or the use thereof, including, without limitation, all Contracts and Warranties, as such terms are defined in Section 5.2 hereof, trademarks, trade names and service marks, all transferable telephone exchange numbers, plans and specifications, engineering plans and studies, floor plans and landscape plans.

Intangible Property. All of Seller’s 's right, title and interest in all intangible property (the “"Intangible Property”"), if any, pertaining to the Land, any the Improvements, or the Tangible Personal Property or the use thereof, including, including without limitation, all Contracts and Warranties, as such terms are defined in Section 5.2 hereof, trademarks, trade names and service marks, all transferable telephone exchange numbers, transferable service contracts (the "Contracts") which Purchaser elects in writing during the Inspection Period to assume, transferable warranties (the "Warranties"), transferable licenses or permits, tradenames, and all plans and specifications, engineering plans and studies, floor plans and landscape plans.plans in the possession of Seller;

Intangible Property. Intangible Property. All of Seller’s right, title and interest in all intangible property property, goodwill, rights and privileges owned by Seller related to or used in connection with the Land and the Improvements (collectively, the “Intangible Property”), if any, pertaining to the Land, any Improvements, or the Tangible Personal Property or the use thereof, including, without limitation, all Contracts permits, plans, records, entitlements, tradenames (including the tradename “Riverside Industrial Center” but expressly excluding any references to “Tratt”, “KTR” or “KTR Capital Partners”), phone/facsimile numbers and Warranties, as such terms are defined in Section 5.2 hereof, trademarks, trade names other rights and service marks, all transferable telephone exchange numbers, plans appurtenances relating to the Land and specifications, engineering plans and studies, floor plans and landscape plansImprovements.

Intangible Property. All of Seller’s the right, title and interest of Seller, to the extent transferable by Seller, in and to all trade names, trademarks, service marks, copyrights, patents, logos, good will, permits, approvals, licenses, telephone and fax numbers and directory listings, customer lists, prospective customer lists, intellectual property, and other intangible property owned by Seller and used in the ownership, management or operation of the Business, including without limitation, the trade name Highway 85 Storage, the telephone number (000) 000-0000, and the facsimile number (collectively the “Intangible Property”), if any, pertaining to the Land, any Improvements, or the Tangible Personal Property or the use thereof, including, without limitation, all Contracts and Warranties, as such terms are defined in Section 5.2 hereof, trademarks, trade names and service marks, all transferable telephone exchange numbers, plans and specifications, engineering plans and studies, floor plans and landscape plans.

Intangible Property. The Intangible Property excludes any rights to the name "Hilti" and studiesany associated trademarks or logos used by Hilti, floor plans and landscape plans.Inc.
