Common use of Insured Claims Clause in Contracts

Insured Claims. To indemnify Indemnitee for expenses or liabilities, which have been paid directly to Indemnitee by an insurance carrier under a policy of directors' and officers' liability insurance maintained by the Company; or

Insured Claims. To indemnify Indemnitee for expenses or liabilitiesliabilities of any type whatsoever (including judgments, fines, ERISA excise taxes or penalties and amounts paid in settlement ) which have been paid directly to Indemnitee by an insurance carrier under a policy of directors' director and officers' officer liability insurance maintained by the Company; or

Insured Claims. To indemnify Indemnitee for expenses or liabilitiesliabilities of any type whatsoever (including, but not limited to, judgments, fines, ERISA excise taxes or penalties, and amounts paid in settlement) which have been paid directly to or on behalf of Indemnitee by an insurance carrier under a policy of directorsofficers' and officersdirectors' liability insurance maintained by the Company; orCompany or any other policy of insurance by the Company of Indemnitee.

Insured Claims. To indemnify Indemnitee for expenses or liabilitiesliabilities of any type whatsoever (including, but not limited to, judgments, fines, ERISA excise taxes or penalties, and amounts paid in settlement) which have been paid directly to Indemnitee by an insurance carrier under a policy of directors' and officers' liability attorney malpractice insurance maintained by the Company; or

Insured Claims. To indemnify Indemnitee for expenses Expenses or liabilitiesliabilities of any type whatsoever (including, which but not limited to, judgments, fines or penalties, and amounts paid in settlement) that have been paid directly to or on behalf of Indemnitee by an insurance carrier under a policy of directors' and officers' liability insurance maintained by the CompanyCorporation or any other policy of insurance maintained by the Corporation or Indemnitee; or
