Common use of Insured Benefits Clause in Contracts

Insured Benefits. The County provides group medical, dental, vision, disability, accidental death and dismemberment, and life insurance plans for regular, probationary, and term-limited temporary employees as provided under the terms of the Joint Labor Management Insurance Committee of Unions “JLMIC” Benefits Agreement. The plan designs, plan features, cost co-share terms and other terms and conditions of the plans are negotiated by representatives of the County and labor organizations that are parties to the JLMIC. All labor organizations that are signatory to this Agreement agree to the JLMIC Benefits Agreement, as amended.
